Orange Flashing light

I tried resetting my sub by unplugging, press and hold power button, and plug it back in. The orange flashing light remains flashing. I called customer service and did the whole process mentioned above and still doesn’t work. Does it mean it’s broken? The rep offered me 30% off a new one if I returned it. I laughed at her and said I am not doing it. I want to fix this issue. Can someone please help? I have 2 Gen subwoofer.

It does sound like a hardware fault - you may find a 3rd-party repairer by searching online, but I’ve not used those services to make any recommendations. Otherwise maybe look for a refurbished Sub, that’s if you don’t want to go for the Sonos offer of a 30% discount.

Had the same problem with my Play one.
Fixed it by wiring it directly to my router and resetting it with the internet cable connected.
After that I just removed the internet cable and it was ready to set up in Appén.
