Out of the blue , a weird problem just started happening… We have 4 speakers that all worked fine…. Today for some reason only 1 will play at a time… and it randomly changes to the other speakers.  

 

My data network is fine all show excellent  signal. I have done the usual router reboot… etc 

 

 

 

Sounds like possible outside wifi interference . It may be worth it if you were to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
