My phone was able to detect the Play3 but when the Sonos Play 3 was supposed to play an audio code, there was no sound. I tried pressing on the volume up button but there was still no sound. Alternatively, I followed the app prompts and pressed on the play/pause button, but nothing happened either. How do I fix this?

My account has no system either since I have not been able to connect to any of my sonos products.

Perhaps it would be best if you were to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. There’s conflicting data in your post that makes no sense, unfortunately, Sonos would be helpful in untangling all that. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
