My phone was able to detect the Play3 but when the Sonos Play 3 was supposed to play an audio code, there was no sound. I tried pressing on the volume up button but there was still no sound. Alternatively, I followed the app prompts and pressed on the play/pause button, but nothing happened either. How do I fix this?
My account has no system either since I have not been able to connect to any of my sonos products.
