What is going on? Thousands of pounds of system not working.

chat did not resolve my issues and impossible to contact you.

Try logging in with the desktop version of the Sonos app for Windows or Mac, and see if they appear there. These apps are more closely linked to the old app architecture.

Also update your app - new version released today, including some ‘improvements’ - you never know when the update will help...
