New house nearly there. Help for final stage.

After moving house my friends managed to get their ONE and 3 x PLAY:1’s connected but the fourth Play:1 is stubbornly resisting being recognised.
 

The light flashes orange but never goes to green and no chimes ring out.  Can anyone advise what is going wrong.

Try connecting it to the router by ethernet and try again. Once recognised and set up, the ethernet cable can be removed.
