new home set up losing speakers from app

I have a sonos play 5 in one room, which connects to the app when I am nearby, but won't find my other two (bedroom and kitchen).

When in the bedroom or kitchen both of these  are visible, but the play 5 isn't. 

Hence I can't group all three speakers any more. 

Very frustrating.

Can anyone advise?
