New app lost devices

I have more than 15 Sonos devices and the new app has been a huge frustration. three subs had disappeared and I tried adding them on but goes into an infinite loop to restart system and restart app, not registered, not assigned errors.

After waiting on phone for 2 and half hours I hung up. Waited on the online chat today for over an hour, finally got someone to help..after multiple restarts and network reboots, still could not connect. Was finally told it is a known issue and they are working on it!. Shocked Sonos released something like this untested. Very disappointed.
