I am stuck in a loop where it tells me I need to update my system, I click update, it spins, takes me back to a page that system my system needs to be updated and the loop continues.  Haven’t been able to use my Sonos systems in 2 days.

I’m in the same exact situation.  I still cannot use my system, going on 2 weeks now.

Did you figure out a resolution/fix yet?

I have always had problems updating my system. It usually requires that I reboot every speaker in my house and try again. Sonos support was little help - said it was because I have so many speakers (19), although I thought the max was 32.
Since our brilliant(!) new update, even the above strategy didn’t work. I finally was able to update by turning all speakers off, turning on and updating each, one at a time.
If I didn’t have so much money invested in this system, I would throw it in the river!

Power down your router and your speakers for about 5 minutes. Power on the router and allow it to fully boot up. I like to have a speaker hardwired to my network, so connect one of them with an ethernet cable. Power up the speakers and try the update again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Pools-3015 - that had been my procedure, unfortunately for several years, since initial update NEVER worked. Unfortunately now it seems I have update each speaker individually.
