How do we get a class action suit going?

You would want to visit with a lawyer. Make sure you have them read the legal agreement you made with Sonos in using their software and speakers. Pay the lawyer for the time, after they tell you it isn’t possible.

You would have to find a route to a parallel universe in which there was a snowball’s chance in hell of this preposterous suggestion becoming reality.

I do understand the frustration with the app. The change has been a mess. But a sense of perspective is needed. 

If you are still experiencing significant problems with the app.  ... the problem almost certainly isn't caused by the app, and it would be a much better idea to contact Sonos Support than a lawyer.
