Multiple products "updating" for days

Hi Sonos users,

I am in deep with multiple Sonos products all over the house. Currently I can no longer use my:

  • Play: 1 x 3
  • One x 2
  • Boost
  • Beam

They all have the same error message for DAYS now:

“Your [device] will reconnect to your Sonos system when the update is complete”

You can imagine my frustration.

Can anyone in the community please tell me how to speed up/cancel/reset this clearly broken updating process?

Unplug all your Sonos.

Reboot the router.

Plug in one Sonos and run the update again.

If that works add more, one at a time and update.

Any that still won’t update try a temporary Ethernet connection and update again.

 

DO NOT Factory Reset anything until you have consulted with Sonos Support.
