Multiple problems

I am genuinely wondering whether I should just return the Era 100 I bought recently. 

1. Have to use the PIN to connect, just refuses to be found on the system.

2. Will not connect Alexa Amazon voice service.

3. Which I need because the Sonos voice service is dreadful, literally tells me it can't find BBC stations.

4. Can't clear the queue, so basically I have to reset after playing ANYTHING/EVERYTHING.

5. Customer service is a joke.

Any thoughts? Unlucky and it's a faulty unit or is it really as terrible as this? Never had any of these problems with the Sonos One or the previous apps.
