move to Heybroadband

I’ve recently moved to a new ISP, Heybroadband, which offers full fibre 2.4g and 5g WiFi. I am struggling to get my Sonos one’s to connect to the new network. Any ideas? I keep going round in circles with the app seeing the WiFi accepting the password but then saying the network was not joined

help appreciated s

Hi

Does anything here help?

Alternatively, the easiest thing to do is to change the SSID and password on your new router to match those of your previous router.  This also avoids having to reconfigure all your other networked devices

Brilliant idea but a bit too late for me as I’ve already reconfigured the rest of the house and this is all that’s left. I’ve seen the advice from Sonos and can go through that set up but it doesn’t actually end up connecting.
