How am i supposed to connect my move 2 to the updated app ??

How far do you get when using the Add speaker or component function after selecting the gear wheel in the top right of the screen?


To where i have to press buttons in speaker to finish setting it up but here when it doesn’t work 


 


Are the lights flashing green and white?  What happens when you press the previous and next buttons on the Move 2?  Any messages?


Yes it flashes green and white but when i press nothing happens no sound no nothing happens 


Ok so ya i had to press on both buttons same time then it showed there was a problem linking move 2 to my account

What colour is the status light now?  If you have never used your Move 2, please Factory Reset the device using these instructions: https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/reset-your-sonos-product

And then try readding the device.


I did switch off my router deleted the app and reset my speaker went through the link did the set up again and its now linked 😆 what a relief 😅 thank you so much for the help 🙏🏼🙏🏼
