Why stops some of my units playing music sometimes and after a few seconds the music comes back

Probably either (1) a duplicated IP address or (2) wireless interference.
For (1) simply restart your entire network. If that fixes it, consider reserving IP addresses in your router settings to avoid a recurrence.
