Before today, I had given up on using the app after the app update, but the speakers generally worked with AirPlay. So while I couldn’t really do several rooms at the same time, I had a solution that kinda worked. Today first Airplay stopped working (played for some seconds then stopped, then “can’t connect” despite one of the devices literally being hardwired on the LAN) - then two speakers disappeared from the system, again. After cursing at them, I figured a factory reset and re-add would work. Except it doesnt.

You folks hate your customers so much that you won’t roll back the app to a state where it used to work (pre May). I guess you think your headphone customers are more important.

Well joke’s on you. After 15 years as a loyal customer and umpteen recommendations, I quit. I will be replacing my over $5000 in Sonos gear with BlueSound and Homepods (since the kids just want alarms and voice control). Goodbye. Every single one of my many audiophile friends will hear of my experience.

I hope there’s a class action lawsuit soon, because I will join it.
