issues with re-adding a Symfonisk speaker to my system

I have a Symfonisk speaker which I have added some time ago. Due to constant issues with it not being available in the app or for Airplay I have reset it to factory settings and re-added it.

everything works fine until the moment when the app tells me I need to register it into my system. This step fails every time.

any idea how this can be fixed?

You could try temporarily cable connecting your Symfonisk.

 

In my experience the Symfonisk is the weakest Sonos speaker I own, wifi connection-wise.
