issue registering Era 100

I’m having trouble registering my Era 100. I’ve had an existing account for years with multiple Sonos products, but have had issues registering the Era 100. 
 

I’ve performed a factory reset each time after failing to register, only to be brought back to the same error message.  Any advice for potential registration?
