Help needed
I had not used my speaker for a while so tried to set it up again recently. It is on the S2 software so the new app detects the speaker when starting the set up. I then connect to the local Sonos network and have to wait for a ‘chime’ to connect the speaker, however it never makes a noise. Pressing the play/ pause with the flashing light doesn’t work either🤨.
I have tried a factory reset, but the speaker just flashes orange and never turns green. Also tried restarting speaker & router etc.
Anyone have any ideas on this or experienced something similar Thanks in advance.
