Sometimes I put my hand on the inside of the Sub (Gen 3) while playing a bass track to feel the vibration.
Is there any risk of damaging it? Or is it pretty sturdy in regards to what I’ve described?

No problem if you are gentle and your hands are clean. I suppose this is similar to a mother picking up her infant vs a slightly older sibling clumsily yanking the infant.
