is here a lawyer who could think of filing a lawsuit for the missing features?

Dear all, 

I think the easiest way to get rid of the material which does not work to the extend brauche of the now missing feature , is to sell it back to Sonos for the entire price you paid, plus the time you wasted in setting it up etc.

is here a lawyer in this community who could think of filing this is the US?
