I have been waiting since August - 4 months - for Level 3 support to resolve an issue with setting up Sirius on my Sonos account. I call Customer Service each month and told there is no one to talk to and I need to wait to hear from Level 3 support.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how to get support from Sonos?
