i just bought a sonos play1 and isnt working

Hey everyone I just bought a Sonos play 1 and I can’t for the life on me get it to show up on my account it’s connected to my WiFi and account but isn’t showing also can’t get it to update it keeps saying (the system owner much be logged in  please have the system owner log in 

 

if anyone can help I would be really glad as this is really annoying
