My products atm cant be found, i have switched router, and it found my daughters ray, but it cant find my soundbar, sub and two speakers, been having trouble for 2 years, dont feel the company of sonos is all that helpful either.

2 years is a long time. It would have been much better for you to have contacted customer support with your issues some time before May 7 2024. Anyway you should call them good luck 😉 

Just a quick suggestion, since you changed your router, try changing the wifi access point name and password to the old one. Maybe your missing products will reconnect (just guessing the ray is wired and everything else is wifi)Â
