I'm trying to add a speaker. When I open the app it says I first have to upgrade my products, tap start, then it comes back with "all products up to date", tap done, then it says I first have to upgrade my products... Etc and around and around. Its driving me crazy.

Power down all Sonos, reboot the router, power up the Sonos,
Make sure your Controller is the latest version.
Then try the install.
If that doesn’t help, let us know if you are on S1 or S2 software and you may get better suggestions.
