My Play5:1 Gen1 speaker no longer works, no power supply. Also, does anyone know how to dismantle this speaker?

Been way too long, Once you pry the grill off you should be able to find the rest of the connections.
Probably a YouTube video out the re too.
Finally, I find the solution with fixit.com website.
