Recently bought a play1 at a car boot sale. Managed to set up a profile, but when I tried to update it’s asking for a different email address. I guess it’s the previous owner don’t have any details for the previous owner what should I do? I bought this at a car boot sale.

Reset the speaker by following the instructions in this article:

Use the Transfer System Ownership option in the app.

This will allow you to register the device under your own email/password.
