I am having trouble connecting a new SL One to my existing system -
(a beam and two other SL ones)
when I turn it on the app finds the new product and then emits the chime that tells me temporarily connected ti phone. However when the ‘connecting to your Sonos SL’ screen starts it just sits there with four dots flashing for about 15 mins. Eventually the LED light on speaker goes red but no error message appears on app. I was in contact with chat support yesterday but no solution found. Tried rebooting router etc. Anyone had similar problems? My existing system working fine
