error 1101

Recently bought a Sonos Move and Ray, trying to connect them to the app, the app recognizes the devices, asks for the WiFi password, but when the sync is done the app show the error 1101 (couldn’t find any updates) and after that the app lets the devices begin configured in the home place, but when it finishes the “place configuration” it doesn’t appear in the app. I have tried all the steps in the Sonos guides, rebooted both devices and also the router but the problem is not solved, please help
