Era100 not registering

I've just bought an Era100, showing in the Sonos app as not registered, tried to register lots of times,  uninstall the app, restarted router and phone but it still shows the spanner and says problem with app. Getting extremely frustrated. Can't group other speakers to it.

Thanks both - the issue was two sonos speakers being registered to one email address and the third new speaker being registered to a different email address.

If it wasn’t an Era I’d say hook it to Ethernet but the Era line need an add-on adapter to do that.

If you power down your other Sonos and try to add it as a “New” Sonos system does that work?

If you are not able to register a device the reason could be double ip addresses on your network. I suggest to take a look at your routers ip list and delete all Sonos ip addresses. Then restart your router and Sonos devices.
