My ERA100 is no longer connected.  Not connected to app.  No response from Alexa.

If I power cycle the unit (unplug, wait a bit, plug back in) it works fine.

This has happened several times over the past few week.  

What's the problem here?

I faced the same problem.

Any solution?


No solution.  Sonos was no help.

i returned the unit. Got the refund.
