Era 300 No Sound Playback Using Bluetooth From LG Projector

Hi,

I’m currently having this issue in which my lg hu70lab projector can no longer play sound to the era 300 using bluetooth even when connected, which has worked before. Both devices are able to connect and play sound to other devices such as my phone, earbuds, and other speakers. I’ve also factory reset both the projector and era 300 with no fix.

 

From the little I’ve gathered from other forums; the only reason left can be the new 15.10 sonos system update messing with some bluetooth connections.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

More than likely it is related to this Bluetooth issue that started with the 15.10 update. Sonos is aware of the problem and is currently investigating it.
