I have been on the phone waiting for support for longer than I’d like hoping to RMA the device. Every time I use the app during the day, the ERA 300 has lost its connection to wifi and I have to re-add it. I see that this has been an issue before but I don’t see fixes. It seems to be faulty hardware. Network connection is solid. Any known quick fixes?

I updated both and still having the issue. I can get past maybe one song and then it gets amnesia all of a sudden.

so it does sort of work?
once its playing, if it cuts out then i would ld be inclined to think network not device. Not your network, just part of the transition issues we are all going through, related to sonos network software or protocol
