I presently have a beam, a sub and 2 One sl. Can I add an era 100 to the system?

You can add an Era 100 to your Sonos ecosystem and group it with the Beam setup to play the same audio at the same time. But if the Era 100 is in the same room as the Beam, you will probably experience a slight audio delay from the Era 100 when playing TV audio. Streaming music will be in sync though.
The Era 100 cannot be included as part of your Beam + Sub + One SLs home theater setup.
