I’m thinking about purchasing a pair of Era 100 as surrounds to operate alongside a Beam gen2 and Sub gen3.

My current WiFi settings for all Sonos HT products are all fixed and working well on a 2.4ghz frequency.

Will the Era 100’s communicate ok on same 2.4ghz frequency as some info suggest that surrounds need to use 5ghz.

I’m using a BT Smart Hub2,

Devices linked are LGC2 TV  and Sky Q box.

If they are set up as surrounds, they ignore your own router’s connection, and connect to a 5Ghz connection generated by the Beam. You can leave your BT router at 2.4Ghz.
