Sound distorts in the upper midrange only when classical-orchestral music is playing. Is there any adjustment that would help

Without any knowledge about what you consider “distorts”, which music is playing, where it’s playing from, what speaker’s it is playing on, which version of the Sonos OS you’re running, it might be best if you were to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
