There is a 25 second delay when I skip to a new song, or fast forward. Also when I decide to add an existing speaker to start playing. 
 

Any idea on how to fix this? It always will start paying on just my Sonos One. 25 seconds later, the other speakers will start playing. 

Sounds like you have network latency issues. You really need to provide more details before anything can be suggested… examples are: 

  • What/where is the playing audio source?
  • Speed of internet subscription (if relevant to the source)
  • Make/Model of Router?
  • WiFi channels and channel-widths you are using?
  • If using any other WiFi access points/powerline adapters?
  • Wired switches in use on the network (managed, or unmanaged)?
  • Brief Summary of other devices on the network.
  • Make/Model of Sonos controller device.
