Hi,
 

I recently purchased the Sony Ray and on occasions we get breaks in sound and crackling for two or three seconds on our Sonos ray and connected Sonos 1.

 

 We have checked optical lead connections and seem to be ok.

 

Any suggestions would greatly appreciated 

 

Does it only happen on tv input, or when streaming music too?

Either way, a few minutes after it next happens generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support.
