Hi - I purchased a Sonos One SL nearly a year ago today and within the last month it has stopped working completely. It’s the continuous flashing white light issue. I have tried absolutely everything. The hard reset does not work at all. I have wired this directly into my router also The product is rendered absolutely useless and does not respond to the hard reset. I should not be forced to shell out more funds to upgrade to an Era given I have had the product only one year.
Does anyone have a solution for this? Trying to get through to UK customer support and there is a constant waiting time of 120+ minutes!
