I recently moved house and at the same time updated the Sonos app. I've now got WiFi up and running at the new house and tried to set up the Sonos and my old system wasn't visible in the app. 
 

After following the support advice I've performed factory resets to the speakers and connected them to my phone and then the WiFi which seemed to go fine. It then proceeds to do an update and during the update process comes up with an error message saying it's unable to connect.
 

I can't see the speakers in my app and the home page is just showing the welcome/add speaker options. When I go into join existing system the speakers are there and when I try to connect it says it is doing so and gives a tick and a success message but then they still aren't there in the app. They are connected to my network though as they appear on the airplay on my phone. 

 

Any advice?
