HELP?!  i’m getting zero help from sonos support and on hold for hours when i call. 
suddenly after the new app, i can’t use my system at all.  i’ve unplugged all speakers, rebooted router --multiple times. all the tips i’ve read in posts, etc.  nothing is working.  i’m really sad and frustrated.
what do you suggest?  thank you!

Is the app seeing your rooms/speakers? Do you get any error messages? What’s showing in “About my system”?


the app is not finding my speakers.  it finds my wifi but no longer finds my speakers.  when i click “add” speakers it logs me out and logs me in...and i can’t seem to add them again??
