Connecting to the Sonos One SL with the app

Hi !

I have trouble configuring my Sonos one SL : I tried downloading the android app and chose “add an audio speaker or a component”.
It tells me it cannot configure my products unless it has access to my precise location and send me in my parameters. I checked and gave access to the app, it can access everything in my phone including my precise location. But the app still tells me to give it access to my precise location.
What can I do to configure my speaker ?

Thank you,

Odd. I’ve not run in to this issue myself, and it seems like the Sonos app or your OS isn’t ‘keeping’ the authorization you’re granting. I’d try a reboot (hard shut down, restart to load the OS again) on the phone, and if it still doesn’t work, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I had similar issues on one tablet, a reboot was the quick fix.

A force-close might have worked.
