Hi, I have a problem. 7 months ago I bought speaker lamp from ikea. I used it quite a lot, and I didn't have problems. 3monts ago we upgraded to new network and I didn't use sonos lamp since.

Today, I try to log in but it keeps telling me something, so I was sacred. I deleted the app and I think I created new account. I factory reseted it.

But it keeps telling me the password of my internet isn't correct. I watched tutorials where it is plugged into the router but mine is in the wall ( english is not my first language sorry)

If you know anything it would help

Since you factory reset it you need to go back and set it up as a new system of it is your only Sonos or if you have others ADD it to them from the app.

Since you reset it, it won’t be of any use to you, but my advice when getting a new router is always to set the router to the SSiD a password of the old router. This way your devices probably won’t notice a change.

You could try temporarily connecting the speaker via cable, update it and then try to put in the WiFi credentials.
