Hi, code error 6 again… really like sonos but , every 2-3 months there is an issue with the system.. My wifi runs great.. Don't mind paying those expensive speakers but its pretty annoying to always have to shut down things 2-3 times to make things work. is there a simple solution. I have 2 play 5 in one room , Arc SL, 2 ONE SL and one sub in another room.. update required , not working when trying to updated , problem with updating system , not able to update..

Sounds like some of your devices have not successfully updated.. a few things to try.

  1. Reserve unique IP addresses for your Sonos products in the routers DHCP reservation table.
  2. Reboot the router
  3. Ensure all devices appear in your Sonos App. If not, then power-cycle the missing products.
  4. When all are present & correct run the Sonos update - note you may need to run it twice in some instances. Also ensure your controller device meets the system requirements shown in the link below:
