Hi

This message says: A problem occourd when connecting Play:1(my Sonos speaker) to your account.

I can log on to the Sonos app, but not my account to the speaker. 
Someone have a clue what this could be?

Please try rebooting all the devices involved - your router, the speaker and your phone. I recommend switching off the router for at least 30 seconds, and waiting another couple of minutes after WiFi returns.

If this doesn’t help, please try registering your speaker with it connected to the router with an ethernet cable, if you can.

Failing that, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
