I had to reset my Sonos 1 Alexa that I've had for just over a year. I went through all the setup, and now the app is asking me to update it which unfortunately it won't for whatever reason. So, how should I go about this please?

Robert,

There is no Sonos 1, only a Sonos PLAY:1 and a Sonos One. But both are likely to be able to be updated properly by wiring the device directly to your router with an Ethernet cable. There’s a minor possibility that you may need to power cycle the device, as well.

I already wired it strait to the router, still won't work.

Any other ideas?
