Some of my speakers are always muted and I cannot unmute them using the app anymore. Instead, I have to physically touch each speaker which is ridiculous. Any suggestions for fixing it or is this a known issue with the app?

First make sure all devices and controllers are up to date. Then power cycle the troublesome ones.
