i bought 2 sonos five speakers and can play sound on iphone and macbook but cant play sound on windows laptop. Why is that ???

+18Are you using Airplay to from your iPhone and Macbook to your Sonos speakers? Airplay is Apple only, so Windows does not do Airplay.
