I have bought my Sonos system in Hong Kong and recently moved to France.
I have tried several times to set it up but failed endlessly.

Forgot to mention its a Sonos One system
So what is its state - is it still setup for the router in Hong Kong or has it been reset to factory settings?
Does the new router/network meet the current Sonos System requirements?

Does your ‘mobile’ controller App (S2, presumably?) meet these requirements?

Just to confirm, the only difference between a Sonos product sold in Hong Kong and one sold anywhere else is the power cord. There is zero difference in the internal electronics.
