Since installing Sonos Ray sound at I can’t connect to my existing Sonos Play 1 (in a different room) or my Symfonisk (same room). Is this a common problem?  Using Sonos 2 app

More than likely you installed the Ray as a separate system (the test @UKMedia suggested above will tell you if this is so).  The solution is to Factory Reset  your Ray, then unplug the Ray and restart your Sonos S2 app.  Then go to Settings > System > “+ Add Product” and follow the prompts to add the Ray to your current system.

How did you add your Sonos Ray?

Can you close the Sonos App and power down the Ray.  If you reopen the Sonos app, do you see your old devices?

Thank you all for your help. I factory reset the ray and installed it again. I now have the ray connected to my tv and my other two speakers are still available on the app.
