Hi, I tried everything (reconnecting power cord, reconnecting router, Downloading the newest app) nothing works. My PLAY 5 can’t connect. 

 

It always says : we were not able ton find any device… or something like that.

 

Help :( 

You raised a similar question 3 months ago, a Sonos employee replied but you left no answer. What was the solution then?
